    I like thew no text one. It is plain and simple, I think you should have dimmed the background though. 8.5/10

    The 1st one is nice, it'd be better if you lowered the pic a bit though, his head is cut off. The logo in the bground looks nice and blends in.

    First one is the best. Bad font choice. The contrast on him doesnt fit with the background
