Now the Tracy McGrady's rumors are quite exciting for me. If he's affordable and if it's a real deal, then I ask why not, he could be a great sub for Ron/Kobe, he can drive to the basket and make the passes. I watched the first game when he came back and played for the Knicks, of course he wasn't the old T-mac but he could really really play, he was the best Knick that day, making some shots, driving in and most importantly making good passes. If it ever goes through, what would've you thinked 4 years ago when someone said that one day Ron, Kobe, T-mac and Pau will team up? xD
I wouldn't mind if he came cheap. Our bench isn't consistent from night to night, and having T-Mac there wouldn't hurt. I mean think about it, when Sasha, Jordan or Shannon have a big night, we're talking like 12pts. T-Mac can have a big night every now and then and it would be in the 20 range. It would not hurt to have him at all. But again, ONLY for cheap and that he takes a lesser role.
