    I forcast more showboating in the Sonnen fight so I hope Chael take Anderson down and lay a beatdown to wake this guy up.. video cracked me up though.

    im one of the few people that think if anderson actually listens to seagal he could learn allot from him

    Seagal is a completely legit black belt in Aikido. Anyone can learn from Seagal's teaching and techniques. However Aikido is generally not useful in MMA (and arguably not practical IRL either).

    WTF @ 1:00? He just shoulderblocked him.

    Anyway, AIkido might work if it's used in combination with other more well-rounded disciplines. But the rules in MMA really hinder it (SJM anyone?) and I'm sure most of what you could learn for MMA might overlap with other techniques.

    I think Anderson is doing this just to show his disrespect for Sonnen, he's basically saying "Dude I am so much better than you I don't even need to train with pro MMA guys, I'll just roll around with Seagal"
