http://www.cagepotato.com/report-batista-signs-strikeforce-opponent-and-date-debut-set-be-announced TMZ breaks all kinds of MMA news these days, huh? Dude has been training MMA for a while but how well he will do is up in the air. At 41-years old it is a bit late in life to become a 'real' pro athlete. He might make a splash because of his name recognition, but he will never be in the same type of skill level as a Bobby Lashley or Brock Lesnar. He doesn't have the wrestling those two have, he is an older guy trying to debut, and I am willing to be his gas tank won't be very good. I could be wrong, but I just don't see Batista ever being any better than Mariusz Pudzianowski.
Can't wait to see him crush some cans before Strikeforce hypes us up on a Lashley-Batista tables, ladders, and chairs match.
