    I voted wheeler-dealer, because I think that a guy who can make deals can plug holes created by mistakes in the draft, but no team is ever going to be able to succeed without making good trades.

    Talent evaluation is, of course, critical, but I prefer an ability to make good trades.

    Something else to keep in mind is that very few teams are constructed to win a championship through the draft. SA is the one that has done that, but even Jordan's Bulls made a move to get better through trade. Portland did as well with Buck Williams. LA with Shaq and then Gasol, Boston with KG and Allen. Detroit with Sheed and others. I'd like a GM who can get us over the top. I'd like that GM to be KP, but if he can't do it, I think we need a change
