What series are you most looking foward to? There are a few series that look pretty good imo. Here they all are for this weekend. Yankees/MetsTigers/RedsA's/GiantsDevil Rays/MarlinsOrioles/NationalsTwins/BrewersWhite Sox/CubsRoyals/CardinalsRed Sox/PhilliesRangers/AstrosIndians/PiratesBlue Jays/RockiesMariners/PadresAngels/DodgersI personally want to watch the Yanks and Mets go at it and the Rangers and Astros.
In general, the in state and city games are going to be more fun and exciting to watch. More excitement, and you can ask " which is the better in our state/city." The Yankees/Mets, Astros/Rangers, Cubs/White Sox, and A's/Giants will all be better to watch. My personal favorite though, is the Marlins/Devil Rays because they are the two from Florida my state. So i can't wait to see who is the better.
I might be a little bias of this because im a yankee fan, but i say yankees and mets because there is so much intensity when watching these two teams play each other. The atmosphere is like one you would see in the postseason, and hopefully tonight's matchup of Pedro vs randy lives up to the billing
Tigers/Reds series goes way back, to the days of Sparky Anderson. I like that series.Chicago's series is the best. North Side White Sox and South Side Cubs is always fun to watch. Since the Sox won, the Cubs fans are even more jealous and angry.
I'd go with the two inter-city rivals. CHW-CHC and NYM-NYY. All these first inter-league series' are with teams that are right next to each other in geography.
NY Mets and NY Yankees, I think it's the best because they're both good teams this year and it's filled with star players. Probably the 2nd would be Chicago, especially with the fight yesterday
