    How so?

    Babbitt is a nice prospect and basically replaces Webster anyway. Gomes is...meh, but has a decent contract and can score a little bit. And then we got a SG and a PG prospect that seem to have some promise. How does any of that equal clusterfuck?

    Counting Mills, that is 7 guards out of 15 roster spots. With Joel hurt, and Oden and Camby both having their own injury history to worry about, this team needed a big body a lot more than a couple of guards. I have no argument with the trade for Babbitt.

    Maybe the deal was agreed to in principle before KP's firing (if the Nic Batum talking with Parker thing has any legs).
