That would imply that the decision to fire KP was because PA was not satisfied with KP's work. To me, it's seems clear that the decision was made for personal, non-work related reasons. If I'm right, PA should not have any reservations offering the scouts a promotion.
Paul sold 95.5 last year. So how could he issue orders to them? And yeah, on draft day Paul has nothing to do but listen to a stupid sports radio station? barfo
Ok, didn't realize it was Wheels. Yes, Paul could tell him to shut up. Is Vance a blazer employee? Now, how likely is it that Paul is listening to 95.5 when the draft starts at 4:30? barfo
It Wheels, Barrett, Rice, Harvey They started out talking about the firing, didn't mention it the rest of the night. They'd only label it as "unusual activity" 2 + 2
someone from vulcan says "hey paul, you probably want to listen to this" and he turns it on to find out what the guys on the other side of the wall are talking about... or more likely he walks outside to the broadcast truck.
Canzano said a minute ago that Nate is probably next to get axed if he doesn't get this team to an elite level by the All-Star break next year.
I hate mid-season firings, unless the team is below .500 for whatever reason. There's always time to bounce back. Whatever, keep turning things over while making it harder on yourself.
Yeah, they just explained this on 95.5. The Blazers just put a muzzle on the guys after the first 5 minutes, and told them not to talk about it since the team does run the Courtside program and not 95.5.
It is frustrating as a Blazer fan wanting to get some inside info, but these guys are Blazer Employees. Nuf said. If your boss could monitor what you guys say about the company and you knew he could, you would tone it down I'm sure. Tough spot to be in. And Kenny Vance is not a Blazer employee.
Yes, we feel so sorry for you, knowing what went down and being unable to tell us. We feel so sorry for you we may have to find you, tie you down, and beat the truth out of you. barfo
