Only because the "reason" doesn't exist outside of Allen's head. The Blazer front office has a history of leaking like the Titanic. If there was any actual wrong doing going on, it would have been all over the media. This is a town where a player getting a traffic ticket is front page "news". If KP left a dead hooker on Miller's porch, I rather doubt they could have covered it up.
Excellent point and post. In addition, right now the club his taking the hit and Pritchard is the sympathetic victim. If there was anything that would make them look better today, they'd leak it.
