Well, he is 3 years older, and faces tend to fill out. Plus, a shot from below the chin is rarely flattering for anyone, and maybe he's on vacation and has had some drinks over the time to bloat his face a bit. I'm saying it's just older Greg and a bad camera angle. Without seeing his arms, I'll assume he's in fantastic shape.
It's kind hard to keep weight off when you have two major knee injuries. He's just recently been cleared for running - he was getting closer to it last year after having a full summer to actually do squats and runs etc, we'll see how he shows up in September.
One photo he's flexing in a photo shoot, the other he's wearing sleeves in a club... what are you talking about?
what a difference 3 years can be.. especiall when you go from 19-22 No one has EVER filled out between those years
Nevermind the flexing, Greg was 257 lbs. in the first photo and in the second he's about 40 lbs. heavier than that. The difference is pretty obvious.
Don't mind Fez. He auditioning to be the new Hank-what's-his-name who cracks on Oden whenever he/they can.
Oh,I thought the shortstop in the first picture was now the DJ in the second picture. What am I supposed to be looking at here?
Losing all that baggage will be the key to staying healthy. I wouldn't be opposed to making him working off ALL that extra weight before playing, even if it means he has to miss a month or two of the season this year to get his weight down.
He was in very good shape during the season last year, before he got hurt. He was large but not heavy and running extremely well. I assume he'll be in excellent shape again this season.
Why would he show up to training camp in excellent shape Minstrel? I mean it's not like he's in a contract year and considered a bust by many people. He certainly doesn't have anything to prove if he wants a max contract. I'm sure his agent and family are telling him to relax and take it easy. Yep, I bet Oden has zero reason to show up to training camp in shape.
