According to The Schonz, he turned down the opportunity to be interviewed. I guess Allen firing him for Whitsitt still sticks in his craw a bit.
Somebody needs to tell these guys that Pritchard's firing was all Pritchard's fault, and that he deserved to be publicly humiliated for the last two months of the season. Why, Paul Allen was just an innocent bystander! We'll be lucky if the Blazers end up with Red Klotz as the GM by the time this thing is over.
The explanation: http://www.portlandroundballsociety...-made-a-grand-adventure-by-nathan-begley.html Kinda funny actually.
That's hilarious. I think his media pal set him up, probably had no idea how far the joke would go. barfo
I figured he wouldn't fit. He's a GM that want's ultimate control and from what I remember KP always consulted Nate and PA when it came to decisions and I'm sure PA wants the same for the next GM.
I have to wonder if people aren't just rehashing what Ken Berger reported earlier ... though I wouldn't be surprised if he does turn us down.
