Possibly the last news you'll read about Mills while he's still a Trail Blazer, so enjoy it while it lasts.

Mills mighty as Boomers make it 3-0 against Argentina

And an article from before the game.

History in making for indigenous superstars Patrick Mills and Nathan Jawai

Good for Patty ... I don't see him here much beyond Summer league, but I wish him the best.

Here's a news report on one of the first two games:

    Here's the third:

It should be noted that this was, at best, Argentina's "B" team. Nobody from the NBA was on it.

Paul Allen would like to have a word with you.

I'm not sure he has enough time though with him buying a beach house in Malibu to interview GM candidates in to try and sway their opinion.

Mills is an RFA in this crazy ass free agency period. Somebody will offer him a raise (maybe even 1 million per year!), and with Armon Johnson recently drafted and cheaper I don't see the team matching any offers.

You might be surprised. Currently he's our second best PG. Unless we add another PG that clearly outplays him he may stick around. It is said that our owner, Al Davis, really likes him.

Point guard you say? He's as much of a point guard as Bayless (whom you loathe). As for Al liking him, that's tough to say, but I'm guessing PA didn't pay 2 million dollars for the pleasure of moving up from 44 to 34 for nothing.

Bayless isn't a PG. He barely an NBA player. As for Mills, I don't think much of him either, but for now he's the #2 PG. I am certain that will change.

If he's the number 2 point guard then we are in deep, deep shit.

Dub do you know if there are box scores for the games listed anywhere? I can't seem to find them.

I wish him luck, he's a cool guy. I don't think we re-sign him, but I hope he gets picked up somewhere.
