    Oden as Karl Malone pt II the revenge? He would be such a mismatch at the four, but as said elsewhere Okafor and Oden would probably have the chemistry of a Harrison Ford/Anne Heche film.

    It could be. But given such "rumors" in the past, it's probably not. Like 99% not.

    And the Olive poster had it before ESPN Radio said that the OREGONIAN had reported it. Most likely, it was a Chicago radio dude over-zealously misreporting a rumor as substantial.

    CP3 + Okafor = $27M out (CP3 contract increases, too)

    Deng = $11.5M in

    = $15.5M savings

    That's first year... add up CP3 + Okafor remaining contract minus Deng's and they save ~65M
