There are rumors of three-way trade discussions among Golden State, Minnesota and New York, in which Al Jefferson would be sent to the Warriors, David Lee to the Timberwolves, and Monta Ellis to the Knicks.

Lee visited Minnesota on Saturday but the team holds only $7 million of salary-cap space which means that Lee would be looking for a sign-and-trade to get him to the Wolves at a contract nearer to his market value.

Would Al Jefferson really fit well with the Warriors uptempo style?

Interesting move. I would prefer to trade Curry's expiring for Ellis, who will thrive in Mike D'Antoni's offense. I can see D'Antoni putting him at shooting guard and just letting him score like Iverson for the 76ers.

Warriors are uninterested in Jefferson. The first question by Warrior fans: Why involve a middle-man (Minnesota)? Jefferson is too slow and injury prone for the Warriors. David Lee, IMO, is perfect for the Warriors. Yes, they'd have a logjam at the PF/C position, but that's a high-class problem to have.
