    To be fair, it's not exactly tough for an over-the-cap team to look here, scroll down to Pick #16, multiply by 120%, and have the team lawyers draw it up and the office assistant to get Luke a map to the Practice Facility/Rose Garden and a plane ticket if he needed one.

    I read that Pritchard is still e-mailing Paul Allen to stash Babbitt in Europe for just one little year, he says. The plan is to open a spot for a FA from the Summer League.
