Congrats. I was waiting for your reaction. lol. Not sure who I'm going to root for today. Germany or Spain? This is the only WC game that didn't involve the U.S. that I'm really jacked up for. Both these teams have impressed me quite a bit throughout the tournament. I have no idea who I want to win.
I am hoping for Spain to win 5-3 and Villa has 3 and Torres has two. But also for a hat trick from German Defender Philip Lahm (since they are on my fantasy team ) Then I want the score of the final to be 6-5 Netherlands, with Sneijder scoring all 6 and Villa scoring all 5
I'm rooting for the Germans because I hate the Lakers. Fuck Pau Gasol. Hey, it's a reach, but I had to find someone to root for. On another note, I read Bill Simmons column on the WC the other day. He equated the Vuvuzales (sp?) to a Stockholm Syndrome scenario. I agree. I've grown to kind of enjoy them. It would be weird to watch a match without them. Weird.
well, well done is all I can say I dont hate them like others do.. they are annoying when its just one of them, but when its multiple ones I dont mind them. They arent my favorite thing, but I could think of much more annoying things than that.
Sunday it all goes down. I called this final on my office pool at work, pretty damn cool. I can't wait!!!!!
