    What was the best 3 players to play on the same team ever? There were some great combos, but some were over the hill (Lakers-Mailman,GP,Kobe,Shaq) Bird,McHale,Parish? Magic,Worthy,Kareem? Run TMC? Bosh,Wade,Bron I think would be the best ever because of their age!

    Clyde didn't play on that team. Barkley, Hakeem, and Clyde was still an amazing threesome. And the only reason they didn't advance was because of John Stockton and a last second three.

    Not quite. Baylor retired 9 games into the 71-72 season. That year's Lakers won 69 games and the title without him.
