How effective do you think Phil Jackson's triangle offense be? It'd be better if they just keep that Bulls' style. Against some teams great offense, against other teams balanced, exectuted offense along with great defense. The balanced offense and good defense worked against Phoenix for 5 games. The great defense worked well in some games in the regular season (most notably against the Pistons when they beat them, against the Mavericks when they beat them, and against the Spurs when they beat them)
The triangle offence is very effective, I like the idea because it's different than most and it works. The good defence works good too, but it depends who you face.
This whole first half of the season was all about learning the triangle, with a year of it under their belts I think it'll be fairly effective next season.

And as this young team grows, it improves, so 50 should be a very reachable goal.
I'm guessing more than 50. I'm not joking, but I think around 55 wins is a slight stretch, but reachable if the Lakers win the majority of their close games, which they didnt last year, but they can any time just because they have the most clutch player in the game today; Kobe Bryant.
YEah, this year will be a good improvement because of the time it takes to get the flow of the triangle. Hopefully if we pick up a good PG it will all go as good as gold... and purple
The triangle offense is essential if the lakers need to win. We saw how they played when most of the players got used into the system. Lamar turned into the player we invision back in July of 2004. It can only ger better. The reason why we beat dallas was because they got distracted when kobe went bananzas. When kobe hit that fallaway 3, that put a dagger into their hearts. When kobe hit that 3 at the end of 3 and outscored them through 3, that put another dagger throught their hearts. Avery was not going to let that happen again and in the next game they slowed kobe down.
