Just heard it on ESPN Radio. I like the signing, a little overpaid. I hope we get Morrow cuz Korver really isnt a starting 2.

career 41% in threes He shot 53% last year!!! But he shot just 110 threes. Played in just 52 games

    Shoots 49% from the field.

Doesnt turn the ball over. Career 3 rebounds, 1.6 assists a game

Now all we need is a starting SG and we're set!

Korver is very good at help defense and draws a lot of offensive charges. The guy is a real game changer and he had one game in the playoffs against the Lakers where he really stepped up to prove that this past year, I think it was the one w/ the missed Wes Matthews tip-in. I like this signing, it's a little cheaper than what he had been making. Maybe Utah can turn this into a S&T too ;) haha jk

This was nice. If we get a good SG then it was a good decision to trade Hinrich w/o even considering the option value of getting 2 of Lebron/Wade/Bosh.

I think we need a guy who can play some PG when Rose needs a breather.

I'm getting excited. They sign the foreign kid for backup C, a good PG backup like Livingston or CJ Watson and a good SG and WE CAN COMPETE!

You guys think we should go after a young PG or a veteran?

Is the third year guaranteed. I looked over all of the figures last night and had prepared a good post, which I then erased this morning when I closed my browser (Ug!). The Bulls have tons of luxury tax space, but only for two years, and then any signing above five million will probably sh us over, unless we trade Deng. All of the rumored deals we have heard so far have fit within this structure, which leads me to believe Reinsdorf may have not been green lightening deals above the tax even if Lebron were to sign.

Rip has two years guaranteed money.
    Jarryd Bayless has two years.
Pietrus has a two year deal.
    &tc.

If the Korver deal is for three years guaranteed than it shows we're going over the tax now, hell or high water.

I like Korver, was a huge fan of his in Philadelphia. This is a great signing for you guys and you won't be disappointed.

Doh... trying to type on the iPhone and it gave me a couple too many helpful suggestions, I guess.
    And drunk.

My folks are in town, and last night I got online and my dad asked if the Bulls got anyone else. Kyle Korver, I say. Fuck, he says.
This morning, I he asks if they did anything else stupid while we were asleep. I look, and sure enough, they'd signed up Reddick to an offer sheet.
