They should have thrown that kind of money at Luke Ridnour; he isn't worth 7 million a year, but he's a better pick and roll player and he's a better shooter.

Eddy Curry expires next year which frees up 11 million of cap room ... so with all of their recent pickups I'm not sure where New York's team salary stands going into next year's free agency period.
