According to Oakland PD, hardly sympathetic to protesters, about 25% of those arrested were Oakland residents. Over half were from out of area or out of state. I know it is safely racist to blast Oakland for trashing our own city, but that did not happen. Suburban white kids came in and trashed the city, no politics, just parasites. Oakland protested, not trashed.
That's why the Government is getting involved. Only black kids are allowed to loot and trash the city.

50 or so were arrested, so it should be simple for you to provide evidence that they were indeed from out of town and caucasian, a claim not yet made by any news outlet.
