Toronto is still expected to trade Hedo to Phoenix for Barbosa but the proposed Calderon/Evans for Diaw/Chandler deal is now dead, according to Doug Smith. MJ wanted the Raptors to include a little something something in the deal at the last minute and Colangelo refused.
