    Yahoo Sports is reporting the Celtics & Bulls have 'serious interest' in Josh Howard. Bulls have a better chance to get him.

    If Howard stays healthy, he's a solid player off the bench, who is a good defender like Tony Allen and can also score 15-20 points.
