Sweet. Now I hope there's a big consolidation trade coming up. There HAS to be. There is no way that we start the year with this roster as it stands.
Thank you for doing God's work and screwing the L*kers. K*be badly wanted Raja to wear the Purple & Piss.
Last time I saw that turn of phrase it was uttered by a close approximation of Lucifer himself (Lloyd Blankfein). This time truer words have never been spoken!
I see no need for a consolidation trade. If we had done one last offseason we would have been screwed.
I feel the same way. What's more he had a full year under one of the top five coaches in the NBA. I love this signing.
$9 million for arguably the 9th player in the rotation next season. I'd put Oden, Camby, Aldridge, Roy, Batum, Miller, and Cunningham ahead of him (since the front-court is thin, and I don't expect anything from Joel). Babbitt may even be more important because of his shooting. Great job. Fuck, starter money for bench minutes. Wesley Matthews is the luckiest player in the NBA this summer.
What do you disagree with in my post? Matthews will be the 4th highest paid player on the roster next season, and I feel he is arguably the 9th player in the rotation. His PER is shit, his shooting is average, and although people are telling me he plays great defense, his stats say otherwise. As it stands right now, this addition puts us no closer to a title, IMO. What's wrong with this opinion? Does it scare you?
Why do you fucking care? Counter my post, or shut the fuck up, whoever you are. I didn't say I didn't like Matthews, anyhow. I think this is a misuse of the MLE. I guess we'll find out next season, but Matthews had better be very good next year to prove he is worth the money.
Cunningham. Higher PER, better shooting, better Ortg, better Drtg, and had a 24.8 PER in the playoffs. Yeah, Cunningham fucking sucks. lol
Oh. You don't like the Matthews signing? As for who I am? PapaG, remember when you use to send me all those paranoid PM's?
In other words, you have nothing to counter my post, because the stats show Matthews is a below average NBA SG/SF. I get it.
