Hard to fathom, after watching him for a couple of years, that he'd be getting desperate calls from contenders like the Nuggets and the Mavs. Well its "only" the midlevel exception but still 6 years (from Nuggets)?

Yeah he can score at times, but I don't consider him a clutch scorer. My problem was his small hands. He was that rare guy who played about 6 inches shorter than he was. He's 6'10 but played like he was 6'5". He got swatted by guards. He had bad hands and rarely got tough rebounds. He had a pretty jumper, yes, but that line drive FT stroke? I guess he gets the blame for Biedrins.

Overall, he was a good guy who wanted to play so I commend him for being a good soldier. But $30M?

Hes a good guy but not a good basketball player. 6'8 PF who can't finish, can't post up, can barely dunk, doesn't rebound well, doesn't play good defense. Too slow for SF. Basically a PF who only gives you 3 point shooting.

I wonder if they'll be saying the same thing about Anthony Randolph in 10 years.

No, totally different players -- Randolph loves to play defense, loves to block shots, has crazy hops, loves to dunk, and doesn't shoot threes (yet). Everything I want in a big man, and everything opposite of Al Harrington (probably my least favorite "big" in the history of basketball).

Of course, in NY, Randolph will eventually try to turn into Kobe, and start going and-1 mix tape and shooting fade away threes, so...

Al Harrington's kind of selfish with the ball. Plus, I am not a fan of his game or his offensive rebound stat-padding. You guys all know what I'm talking about.
