Sergio Busquets has suggested Barcelona may have to accept defeat in their bid to prise Cesc Fabregas away from Arsenal this summer.

Busquets, who played alongside Fabregas for Spain at the World Cup, believes Fabregas would be a fine signing but pointed to the fact that Arsenal have so far shown no inclination to allow him to leave.

He said: "He is a great player that would add a lot to the team, but we have to respect that he is owned by another club that is not Barcelona, that he is an Arsenal player and, for the time being, there's nothing to be done."

A lot more respect gained for Busquets but he's still a complete prick. I think this is the most positive bit of news from the Barcelona-side since the whole transfer saga began.

I still wish he was the one who was missile dropkicked in the final. Not Alonso.

Barcelona's players are each taking their turn to unsettle and piss off our club. They don't actually respect other clubs, if they did they would keep their traps shut. Busquet's is the biggest cvnt in Barcelona and the Spain Natl. Team. He spends 80% of the time falling on the pitch faking injuries, disgraceful, waste of skin.
