    The Washington Capitals have signed free agent right wing Brian Willsie to a one-year contract, vice president and general manager George McPhee announced today. In keeping with club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

    They are if there not a big name guy. I don't even know who Willsie is. Lol. A lot of these one year contracts are players coming for the minors. He probably will play for the Hershey Bears, the Caps' AHL minor league team.

    Interesting. One-year contracts are usually for older players in the Premier League.

    Yeah, one-year contracts go for young guys, prospects or the older guys.
