    We have multiple clients (Manchester United, NFL, Kaiser Permanente, Verizon, etc) who we monitor. That includes their networks and servers. If there is an issue or an error on one of their machines, we receive an alert and we remotely fix the issue. There is more to it than that, but that's the gist of it.
