Loved his goggles and tearing them off to complain about a call. Maybe he can get Oden to WEAR SOME GOD DAMNED KNEE PADS ALREADY!

Well... except for the fundamentals of free throw shooting. I loved Buck but there were many times I was sitting in front of the TV, hands clasped in prayer to the basketball Gods, saying, "Come on Buck. Make the freethrow. You can do it. Come on Buck." It maybe worked a third of the time.

Haha, reminded me that Buck wore 52 as well. I'd be Happy if Oden turned out as good as Buck did.

Did anyone else here the 95.5 guys discussing hiring Scottie Pippen to join as an assistant coach to work with Nic? I thought that was a great idea. Talk about a guy with a high basketball IQ. I'd love to see Nic develop into that kind of player.

We know Pip needs the paycheck.

Did he ever manage to unload his house here? That thing sat on the market for quite a while.

I think he has been an assistant in Chicago for a while, but I am not sure if that was a part time gig or if that ended when Vinnie Del Negro hit the road.

I don't think so. I know the bank foreclosed on his boat and I think that might be the case with that house as well.

Maybe Pip can be the Bull's Ambassador to the state of Oregon and the Portland Trail Blazers!

I remember him telling someone in the media that he'd contacted Paul Allen because he wanted to be a minority owner in the Blazers but Paul never returned his phone calls. I think he has pretty good memories of his Portland days... especially after his experience in Houston.

And I'm sure most of you guys on the boards wouldn't mind seeing Larsa at the games again.

I am going to make a guess that Larsa is his wife?

All I am saying is that if Pip has recently got a "Bulls Ambassador" title - I find it very unlikely that he will take a Portland Assistant Coach position - and just as much, I find it very hard to believe Nate who is on an expiring contract - would take someone like Pip - who he never played with and it does not seem he is friends with - as his assistant.

I think Buck is a good hire, if it happens, but I think someone with great footwork in the low block would be ideal. Sadly, Duckworth would have been perfect.

Someone tell Oden to attend Hakeem's camp for once. It's open to all players in the NBA IIRC.

Maybe he could help with LA's apparent lack of toughness.

    Note to self:

    1. No logic in off-season
    2. Logic and facts == rude

    Questions for instructor, next class:

    A. Are Logic and facts == rude during regular season, or just during off-season.

    ;)
