Somehow I fear a letdown from the mavs. They better show up like they did against the spurs. The suns can run you out of the gym if you let them.
I hope the Mavs team is thinking like most of the Mavs fans. Come on Dallas, you're already in the Finals, Phoenix won't be a challenge so why not take a coupla game off? Haha...
i like the mavs. but yea... this is going to be a very exciting matchup. battle of the old friends, Dirk and Nash. Itd be very interesting to watch them go at each other. I think Dallas is gonna win in 7.
Griffin coming in early. I knew Dampier had no chance in playing in this series unless Kurt Thomas is in the game. Even then you want 5 players to slow down the fast break game.
I think Kurt will only be there later in the series just for little periods of time when we really need defense. And I only expect him to play when there's another slow guy like Dampier there. He'll get his regular minutes if the Suns advance to the Finals.Suns winning 62-58 at the half. Diaw giving up some easy shots and we have missed some layups. You have to make those to win. Grrr...
What a game here, Suns barely edge it out by 3 point.Diaw had a big game for the Suns.They are for real, I never thought of them being serious contenders because of not having Amare but there shooting and fast break style really gets the job done.This should be a great series to watch.
What an incredible game! This Suns playoff run has been bad for my health. My heart was about to stop. Hopefully Raja's injury isn't too horrible.

On Quis, I don't understand why he's inbounding, he sucks at it. This happened last year, same team and he made Terry have to catch it wide receiver style in the backcourt. Just stupid execution with both those plays.
I posted it before he hit the foul shots, either way this was a great game and hopefully we get to see Raja in game 2.

Just wanted to add another key stretch was the 10-2 run with Nash scoring all 10 pts. They switched and Dirk had him for a majority of that. Dirk couldn't even put a hand in his face on that 3. Collins on TNT said Raja's injury is pretty bad, I'm more worried about Howard. Great game though, I thought we had it.
Yea Raja looked worse than Howard. Howard walked around a little bit, and even worse...had to play on it. Raja just had to lay there
Of course you are more worried about Howard when he's on your team... I hope at worst Raja misses only 3. We may be able to take one at home. Hopefully Eddie can step us and play like he did in the regular season. Just for 1 game!
