I'd like to see T-Mac on the Lakers. I think they can get the best out of him. Im just not sure what his best is anymore.

T-Mac. I'd like to have a scorer behind Kobe, and not a guy who is looking for the home-run dunk then loses the ball, or gambles defensively.

Dunno I'd like to have T-mac because with him we'd have more depth, he's a better overall player. He wouldn't be as consistent and have have a streaky shooting but he's a scorer and can make his own shot. I did watch his first game for Knicks and he was great, driving in and shooting 3's. I really do believe he can play some seasons as in Lakers his minutes will be reduced and getting injured would be unlikely

In a reduced role (if he can take that), he'd be great. Off the bench giving us a scoring spark that is probably a little more dependable than Lamar's scoring. I'd still love to have Shannon back, especially if he can play defense like he did when he first joined us, and not take outrageous shots.

So...let's give Shannon the rest of the MLE, and let's tell T-Mac to take the vet's min or peace out. By the way, I've liked both our rookies thus far. Caracter is a beast and Ebanks just has a great game about him.

And who else (maybe just my fellow chinese folk) is keeping tabs on Sun Yue, who is with the Wizards summer league, or Jeremy Lin, who is on the Mavericks summer league team? Lin is better than Yue :P

there is absolutely no shot Shannon takes the rest of our MLE, he turned down a 2 mil player option just to go into free agency

Yeah he has a lot of suitors, but I believe the Lakers own his bird right's so we would be able to match. I don't think TMac is going to take the rest of the $1.8M left from the MLE either.

Neither. T-Mac is done as far as being a dependable player, and while I wouldn't mind having Brown back for the right price, he's not worth more than the $2 mil he opted out of.
