No Championship team was ever assembled without huge input by the coach. I don't like Nate-ball, but I've no doubt he could win the title given his choice of players.
Not a big fan of Nate-ball either, but KP getting talent that did not fit his style did not work (Rudy and Bayless). It is good to see that the GM and Coach are on the same page atleast initially. If the GM team gets Nate the players he claims he needs to win and we still cannot get out of the first round, I think the team would have to make a change.
Lenny was "liked", in the way that former presidents are liked. That is to say "you're not good for much except lending your face to charity work, but we don't hate you, even if we used to think you were incompetent."
