I doubt the needless process we just went through to fire Kevin Pritchard so we could hire the other Tom Penn. As far as I can tell, these guys have mastered the art of rebuilding a team, clearing cap space, stock piling draft picks to trade later for more draft picks and finishing in 4th place AT BEST every year.
