http://www.allvoices.com/contribute...cmanmayweather-jr-fight-will-not-push-through Top Rank President Bob Arum confirmed that the much awaited bout of Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao will not push through. This was after Mayweather didn't sign the contract offer in the deadline set by Arum. On the other side, Arum was certain that the doors are still open for Mayweather for the fight this year or 2011. He promised to negotiate exclusively to Team Mayweather. Just in case the team will change their mind, the November fight could possibly happen. It was said that Arum had discussed with the president of HBO Sports Ross Greenburg, and brought the last conversation with Floyd's adviser Al Haymon. He didn't negotiate with the CEO of the Golden Boy Promotions Richard Schaefer, but it is possible that he have known about the negotiations because the big boss Oscar De La Hoya himself have said lately that the deal is almost done. Besides the discouraging development, Arum is still positive that Pacquiao-Mayweather fight will still happen. "It will be a shame if it doesn't happen. But I don't think you guys should be too hard on Floyd," Arum said.
Dick tuckin'. Pacman agreed to all of Money's stupid stipulations and Money STILL won't sign. Gotta protect that "o".
I bet once the negotiations start up again, Money will agree. This is his way of paying back Manny for not agreeing the 1st time.
