It is interesting because you can learn a lot by watching practices. I also noticed Nate had one group, and he had their attention, no problem at all.

^People on hear always hate on Nate, but don't get it twisted. He has all those players respect! Whatever city we are in the first thing all those stars like Kobe,Wade,LeBron all do is runn to the other end of the court and say what's up to Nate.

There are certainly positives and negatives regarding Nate, but you just nailed one of the most important ones. One of the hardest things for a Coach to do is to be a tough "sarge" and yet keep the respect and loyalty of the players.

This is why I am not as eager as others to dump Nate. I would just like to get him some more assistants whose strong points counter Nates weak points, like creative X adn O guy. I trust Nate on defense and in practice, I think he just needs help adjusting in games and between games, more creativity with lineups, and sometimes I think he needs to take a step back and make decisions without regard for what certain players want.

Sounds like David Lee hurt his finger. Enough to leave the practices and go back to GS to have it checked by the team doctor's. But, I'm sure their fans don't care if he's hurt, because he was being patriotic.
