    Reigning, defending Strikeforce Middlweight Champion Jake Sheilds just left the promotion to sign with the UFC. Among his foremost reasons for leaving he lists mistreatment by Strikeforce as a primary motivator. So what you're about to read from Strikeforce Women's Welterweight (135-lbs.) Champion might not be so shocking:

    Her cookies/weight gain reference is about Jan Finney, the latest challenger to Cris Santos's middleweight title. The man parts reference is probably for Santos.
