that guy is a class act, he really is. He may not have been the best selectioon for the Saints, but he is a true savior for that town.
I guess it makes sense to donate money for the city you play for, seeing as you want them to fix the city up fast so that you can sell the tickets.Hes also changing his jersey number to 25 I heard.
Thats good. Shows he cares about the city of New Orleans. Lets just hope he sells alot of jerseys...wating for BCB hatred remark twords New Orleans
I thought Reggie Bush said he would do that only if the NFL allowed him to wear the number 5, but they denied his request...Eh, if he still is going to donate the money, that is definitely a great gesture by him.
Although I've never thought highly of New Orleans, it's good Reggie is trying to do something good for the community

Well they didn't force him to wear 25..lol.Yeah, he is a class act. I never thought of him so highly but this earns alot of points in my book. What a great gesture.25% is really a LOT of money, considering how many jerseys he will sell.
Conisdering half the city is in ruin and has still not been cleaned up...it's thoughtfull of him to give up some of his $60 million that he will be getting....But in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter considering the goverment is sending billions in aide for years to come. In a couple of years the Saints will move to LA because the Saints don't make money.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Lazy @ May 25 2006, 03:58 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Thats good. Sorry it's the truth.</div>This is pretty much all true. NOLA is a dump. They'll be lucky if they have any sports team in the next few decades. Even before the hurricane, the support for their teams was pitiful. LA would appreciate a football team a lot more.

The only way LA supports a team s if there is both a new stadium and immediate success. I'd rather see other cities get an opportunity
Half the people in LA weren't born in LA, thats why they don't support a LA football team, people root for the teams they followed where they used to live.
