Tigers starter Armando Galarraga was knocked out of Friday's game against the Red Sox with a bruised right ankle caused by a Kevin Youkilis line drive. But he expects to make his next start next week against the White Sox. "[He's] limping, but OK," manager Jim Leyland said. "It looked like an ankle bruise. He got checked out by the doctors. He's sore, limping a little bit, but he should be fine." Galarraga had a solid start going in holding down the Red Sox until Marco Scutaro homered with one out in the fifth inning. After Jed Lowrie lined softly to short, Youkilis centered a ball and sent it back up the middle with authority. The ball hit Galarraga as he was following through on his delivery, and he had no time to react. "I didn't see it when it came," Galarraga said. "I saw it when it was close to me. It was tough to see, because it was so low. I'm trying to catch the ball, and it's a split second you have." http://detroit.tigers.mlb.com/news/..._id=12821830&vkey=news_det&fext=.jsp&c_id=det
