    Talked to my buddy Heath today. Strikeforce is looking to get Hendo on a card in Oct.-Dec. likely @ 205.

    He said the back was much better than it was in the weeks leading up to the Shields fight, but I didn't get to really talk much to him as we were busy. Hopefully I can catch him later this week and ask him more about it.
