For the second time in little more than a month, a Cook County judge has issued an arrest warrant for former Chicago Bull Eddy Curry in a legal case that raises new questions about the NBA player’s financial woes.

Cook County Circuit Judge Alexander White ordered Curry’s arrest on Monday, after learning Curry failed to sign an agreement to pay the balance of a $660,000 legal settlement reached after he was sued for allegedly having sex with an underage girl.

The case stems from a 2001 relationship the two had when she was 14 and Curry was 18.

The previous arrest warrant was issued in late June and quashed earlier this month after attorneys for Curry and the woman reached a payment schedule for the roughly $100,000 still owed the woman, according to court records.

Do the Bulls have to keep thinking about Crawford, Chandler, Curry and all of their old castoffs?

    Curry will never play again.

Curry has become a sad case. I feel sorry for him. He got misled in practically all sorts of different directions when he was a pro, it would seem.

I'm surprised I haven't read about him wanting to press criminal charges against all the people who gave him awful advice.

I think he might be the worst case of an athlete whose lifestyle was too big for him. It probably doesn't help that he seems to be a natural knucklehead either.

Sad indeed. When coming out of HS, the kid had talent. He never had the drive. His personal life in shambles. Too bad.

Post scoring is at a premium, eh? He scored near 20 PPG one season for the Knicks and 13+ in two others. Amazing that he has a career PER higher than Kirkboi

His career PER is higher than BG's too. He must be a super duper star then, right?
