Northwest Herald - Minnesota's Kevin Garnett reportedly is on the market, writes David Brown of the Northwest Herald. The Bulls are a team who may be able to put an attractive deal together for the longtime member of the Minnesota Timberwolves . Out of a group of Luol Deng, Ben Gordon, Andres Nocioni and Kirk Hinrich, at least one player would all but certainly have to be included "I like our perimeter players," Paxson said. "They're all young, they're all going to get better, they all have a unique talent."
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank...I'm happy to see this. KG needs to move anywhere where he can atleast make the playoffs. As I've said, a guy of his talent should be a guaranteed HOFer by now, and that isn't the caseThank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank...
If I was Chicago, I wouldn't do that deal. They have the second pick, they can get a good, big body (possibly Lemarcus), once they have that IMO they're set. All they need is time. Gordon, Nocioni, Hinrich, and Deng are all gonna be good-all star caliber players in this league, and they have a decent defensive frontline.
Oh wow, I didn't expect this. WHO TOLD YOU ZARDS IN YO FACE PUNK. Hopefully that deal with the Wizards will go down but with all the teams in the NBA after this man it's going to be near impossible. My guess? They trade him to the bulls as you said for a draft pick and maybe Noicioni. Every youngun should have an idol this will give the bulls young talen tone.
KG is what the Bulls need, a great scoring presence inside. However, these are just rumors and rumors are always surrounding KG. I doubt anything is gonna happen. At least not for a while
^Agreed, he's on the market every year, and it won't happen. He's too nice to force his way out, like Shaq, and I don't think the TWolves would take a combo of lesser players, ala what the Lakers did when trading Shaq, to trade KG.What exactly could the Lakers offer to get KG? I mean really? And I like the players the Bulls have, but they would be so ravaged by a trade, much like the Heat was when they made the deal to get Shaq, that they wouldn't be much better than the TWolves KG is leaving. The difference between what the Heat did, and Chicago, is that Chicago doesn't have Dawayne Wade, or a player near that good, and KG isn't as dominant as Shaq is...

Toronto and LA don't have the pieces to trade for KG, like I said he's not being traded. I love how you guys just believe this story...From the 'Northeastern Herald'...come on.
I could see KG going to an under the radar team, and it is the same team I thought he would go to last offseason, the Golden State Warriors. They could give up Troy Murphy, Mike Dunleavy Jr., and Micheal Pietrus, along with some others or picks and he J Rich and Baron Davis would be a great team in the West.
If I was the bulls I wouldnt do that trade mentioned in the first post. They have the second pick in this years draft which they could basicly get any college player they want. They are going to get a solid player. They pushed the Heat to 6 games, which many thought they would get killed. The bulls are still a very young team and are only going to get better. Dont ruin it by trading half of your team away from one player.

I think it might be the perfect fit for KG. KG to an up and rising team like the Warriors. Well any way he needs to go somewhere, KG get out of Minnesota!
I dont think he will go to a team in the West. Usually when a team trades a elite player, they trade them to the other conference. Look at McGrady, Shaq.
Bulls will have trouble getting KG without almost completely diminishing they're young core. They would almost definately have to give up 2 of their young gaurds and maybe tyson chandler or loul deng. The bulls are looking REALLY good for the future right now and if I were them I wouldnt want to break that up. Whoever said the Celtics should get him, that would be cool, but we simply dont have the players to swap for someone of KG's caliber, and I'm not ready to get rid of pierce...
I really think the Nets have a shot at them. Yes we would have to give up Kristic and Jefferson but imagine the tio of Kidd,Carter and KG :worthy: :worthy:
