Is there anyone under the age of 20 that doesn't take disagreement like a four year old who can't get a candy bar at the grocery store?

Text me why hockey doesn't suck and I will understand the game, in fact, twitter it so my 4 year old niece can explain it to me.

Maybe when TMZ shows more hockey guys and Justin Bieber sings the national anthem at a game it will catch on.

Is there any other mainstream sport's stars that the majority of Americans wouldn't trade their lives with?

I just tried to google search the first hockey player I could think of. I will post a link of who I thought of.

I shit you not, this is the name that popped in my head.

To be honest though, I have hated rap since the late 80's when my friends in school liked public enemy and others. I just recently bought a Public Enemy CD and it is fabulous. This song is off of the album and while I can't relate to much of what Chuck D is speaking about the guy is just amazing. (edit, I mentioned rap because I used to hate it entirely so I thought I would mention how tastes can change in relation to hockey)

Jay Z sucks sooooooooo bad. I have 100s of rock CDs and maybe 2 rap cds by the way.

I actually wanted to comment that Portland is a pretty good hockey town, even though we don't have the NHL. The Winterhawks have had decades of terrific support. Alas, someone decided to take their puck, close the rink and run away.

Even James Joyce would say you are rambling.

Thank you for bringing back the pain of reading "A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man"

I think it is safe to say that all interests, watching hockey being one for some people, require a certain push for someone to want to repeat. I don't think there is anything that I tried once and was hooked. So the basic argument in the other thread about a like/dislike of hockey seems somewhat valid to me.
