........can't find the official link, but we are now the OLDEST team in the NBA (that's right, even older than the C's).

I guess Fish is old, and if you include Ratliff in there he makes like 2 players in age. What is he 50?

I literally call Theo Ratliff, the "Fossil".

Not to be mean, it's just what I call him.

That's what I heard on ESPN. Makes sense though.

    Kobe's almost 32.
    Ratliff is 37.
Odom is 30 (turns 31 in November).
Fiser turns 36 in a week.
    Gasol just turned 30.
    Walton just turned 30.
    Blake is 30.
    Barnes is 30.
Artest is 30 (31 in November)
    Mbenga is 30

As it stands, we have Bynum, Sasha, Caracter, and Ebanks under 30. Yea, I can certainly believe that we're the oldest team in the NBA.

Older than the C's? Really? Aint the trio in their late 30s and both Oneals? Only youthful one really is RONDO....

Right now the average age is 30 for the Lakers, Celtics are closing behind with 29.XX.

I wonder if signing Ebanks and Caracter would lower that number?

BTW, when do we plan on signing them to their rookie contracts?

Right now Heat doesen't worry me too much as Lakers are stronger than before, they probably are going to beat them, but we'll see. What worries me is that when Lakers and Boston are done with winning championships in years to come, Heat's trio will still have years left and I can't see much comptetition coming anywhere else than Thunder, and they need to improve A LOT to compete for titles. Kobe's era will end and maybe LeBron can win his titles when there aren't any really great players around (Durant is very good but I don't see him going down into history).
