Problem is, no AD in his right mind would dare step up to the podium and declare, "We've decided to go in a different direction. Therefore, Joe Paterno will not be returning to coach our football team. We wish him all the best." Right?
Dude can't even talk! He's, like, 102. Another case of someone who doesn't know when to say when. I'm sure his assistants have the majority of the responsibilities, and he's just the Saturday afternoon "figure head" at this point. Just my opinion, though. I'm sure their are countless of folks who think he should keep on keepin' on. Those are opinions, as well, so it's all good.

Huh? The only time I might have ever posted a TMZ link on here is when I saw something mentioned on google news or drudgereport.
I think he should stay. He's the figurehead of a great program that brings in a lot of money for the school. He certainly isn't embarrassing himself or the school. And as for him not being able to speak, well ABM........
