Noah is not playing for France, Parker is taking the summer off and today Beaubois broke his foot. Looks like Nic is gonna be the focal point of that team. Can't wait to see him in action against the US at the end of the month. Hope he stays healthy!

Beubois broke his foot aye? Wow that is crazy. I was pretty surprised about how badly he got his ass handed to him in summer league anyhow. The guy is a SG not a PG IMO. It will take Dallas a while to figure that out.

even though Beaubois is a sg...

I think he could be dynamite playing next to Batum as a primary ballhandler and having Roddy defend 1's. I would've really liked to see this.

I wonder if that puts Dallas in a bind for next year needing some more perimeter talent? Dirk, Kidd, and Terry aren't getting any younger. Maybe this increases the market for Rudy?

They already said they were playing Batum at the 2 - maybe he can be their PG now.

He can't dribble like a guard. He got his gaudy Blazer shooting percentages by being unnoticed. But a 6-9 SG is a marked man.

I believe that (SG) experiment somewhat failed with Durant, as well.

France played vs. Tunisia today, and won by 33, led in scoring by Batum, who dropped 14 (6/9 FG, 2/2 3pt) in 24 mins. He also had 2 assists, 1 block, and 2 steals, but no rebounds, and 1 turnover.

From a report on the realgm forum:
That next game vs USA (on next Sunday) is a "friendly" game and will be broadcast on ESPN3.com at 10AM Pacific.

If you have Comcast or Verizon internet, or if you're on a college campus, you can access it for free. It's real time, near HD quality video.
