After the gym-- Ice on my right elbow and shin splint in my left leg... Jesus this blows. It makes you wonder how doped up these athletes are after every practice.
How often do you work out? This just blows man, 4 lifting days, 3 running days. I've always gotten tendinitis in my elbow ever since I can remember...it is just flaring up, but the shin splints...those are just brutal.
Dude, that has nothing to do with age. I'm 19 and I get shin splints every now and then. It means you're pushing your body too much. Give yourself a break.
