And for those of you who don't want to read ABM's Bleacher Report article... Cho run over by stripper! A woman accused of running over a man and dragging him under her car was arraigned. Kristina Hensley cried during her video arraignment Monday in Butler County and told the judge that she's never been in trouble with the law before. Driver Ordered Held On $50,000 Bond In Fatal Incident In a news release Monday afternoon, Monroe police said that Hensley was an exotic dancer working for Naughty Bodies and was called early Saturday to Jae Cho's home on Timrick Drive. Police said "something" happened inside the home, and Hensley left the home quickly with Cho following her. "There's no evidence at this time, and we've talked to her, that she was raped," said Lt. Brian Curlis, of Monroe police. As she drove away, police said, Cho was in front of Hensley's vehicle and was run over. Cho was dragged under Hensley's car for nearly a mile before she stopped at a gas station, police said. A clerk at the station called 911 after seeing Cho's body under the car, telling operators that he wasn't breathing. The clerk also relayed what she said Hensley told her. "She's saying he jumped in front of the car," the clerk told the 911 operator. An autopsy showed Cho died from multiple blunt force trauma, but toxicology test results won't be available for six to eight weeks. Hensley is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, though more charges are possible. She is being held on $50,000 bond. The incident remains under investigation. Hensley is due Aug. 20 in Brown County Municipal Court on an unrelated disorderly conduct charge. She was also charged with assault in May 2008, but the case was dismissed, and in November 2007 on theft charges. Hensley agreed to pay back the money she'd stolen from a man in exchange for the charges being dropped. http://www.wlwt.com/r/24564892/detail.html
I appreciate your consideration, ABM. And, since you're taking my advice: STOP READING BLEACHER REPORT. (You can write for it if you like. You would probably instantly be their best and best-informed writer.)
Canzano won two straight Best Sportwriter awards riding on the coattails of a girl dying of cancer. Stories about her were the centerpiece of his 5-column submissions. Now that she's dead, he'll have to find another, different dying fan to exploit. The man is subhuman.
You mean none of you enjoyed the Cho stripper article? ABM, these heathens have no taste, please continue enlightening them with your Bleacher Report articles. It's what they deserve!
He already said he won't be going anywhere because Anna Roseanna Dana Conzana loves Portland and doesn't want to leave. I've always hoped that the Bald Genius would go on to become GM of the Lakers.
In my personal opinion, Canzano will be moving on to bigger things in the near future, leaving an absence of critical reporting in the world of Blazer and Oregon athletics. An absence of critical reporting in the world of Blazer and Oregon athletics? When pigs fly. He is commonly considered the most recognizable sports writer in the state. Bullshit. More recognizable sports writers in Oregon include (present) Jason Quick, (sporadic) Dwight Janes, Kerry Eggars, (past but still more recognizable) Steve Duin, (and deceased) George Pasero. Canzano will always just be "that Laker-loving dick from Fresno".
How many of those guys are national names? Like it or not, Canzano is becoming one. I'd be willing to bet he makes an appearance on "Around the Horn" before the end of next year.
