Gary Tanguay reported on FSN that Perk reinjured his shoulder, and he also said there is a possibility he could need surgery. This is not good. I mean, at least it happened in the beginning of the offseason, but this is probably gunna set him back. Tanguay is an idiot in my book, but he did make this sound pretty serious.
He'll be back before the season starts I think, but he probably wont do too well because he'll have to take the entire off-season to heal his shoulder. I hope he can back strong cuz I really like Perk and think he can be something really special with more experience
Wow this is huge news. Next year was going be to Perk's make it or break it year, it will be his 4th season and was probably going to get a ton of playing time due to the fact that he's been working at his game and playing minimal minutes for three seasons and Raef is slowly breaking down as each game goes by. I really hope he can come back strong from this and play a lot next year. If not, I don't think he will be a Celtic for much longer.
Bad timing too. Especially if Perk wants to get that paycheck in the near future. This will set him back.
