Any form of information given out violates confidentiality. If an officer comes to me and asks even if someone is a client, I cant even confirm that for them.
If someone has a SSN and it's not faked, then they're citizens. As for being bothered, I'm more bothered by illegal aliens being protected by from deportation by the government.
No. I'm saying that those people have asked for reasonable information to be supplied. The reason it hasn't is that by keeping this narrative going, it shows those people to be complete kooks. It's in President Obama's interested to keep the Birthers front and center.
Not trying to be nitpicky. But there are Lawful Permanent Residents who have valid Social Security numbers... but they arent citizens. I'm not saying that the report had them in it... but that would piss me off as a lawful resident, if my info was in this report.
Nope. Any information we are given is strictly confidential. Without a clients consent to give any information... we would violate policies and guidelines, by giving any info out. I forget how, but I believe it is under HIPAA guidelines.
So there is no safe guard for preventing illegal aliens from getting food stamps and other kinds of assistance?
yes there is. If they are not legal citizens or if they dont meet residency requirements (5 years residency) they do not qualify for benefits. Only citizens or those who meet residency requirements can get the benefits. In families where there is a micture of undocumented family members, and citizen, there is a prorated amount of benefits that can be received for the citizen/qualified member. IE a family of 5 with 2 undocumented parents, but 3 citizen children. After looking at all the income (including those who would not qualify for benefits) If the family of 5 would qualify for, lets say $500 in Food Stamps, they would only receive the prorated amount for the citizens, so in this example $300. Same with allowable deductions, like Rent/Shelter deductions taken into account. If the family of 5 pays $500 rent, the only deduction they would qualify for would be the prorated $300 deduction, not the full amount. Does that make sense at all? I know I jumbled it together lol
no worries, didnt want to come across as saying you were wrong or just trying to jump in your guys' argument/discussion. Just wanted to make sure all the info gets out there
No, it makes no sense at all. Regardless of the amount, the food stamps/money is obviously given to and used by the 2 illegal adults at their complete discretion. They might share it with the children, they might not, but to even hint that they are not using some of it themselves is absurd. This is a felony that you are knowingly abetting. They are known to be illegal enemies of the state who by law are supposed to face immediate deportation at the least and/or imprisonment here beforehand for the many felonies they are known to have committed (forgery or use of forged documents, illegal border crossing, lying to Federal authorities, welfare fraud, Social Security fraud, i can go on and on...). The government workers who know they are illegal (you?) are committing felonies also by abetting their crimes. There is no law in this country preventing you from reporting these lowlife leeches to immigration, and your failure to do so could and should be used to prosecute you for being an accomplice in their crimes.
All known illegal aliens in this country are immediately dealt with and deported. If you know a Serb or a Finn or an English bloke, or a French student whose visa expired, turn him in to INS and he'll be gone within a week or 2. It's always been that way. The single, solitary exception is the entire Hispanic race, who literally get a free pass to spit on our country daily, drain the safety nets that we sacrificed to build for our less fortunate countrymen, and openly ignore all of our laws. Government-sponsored racism is what it is, and nothing more.
I know its your thing to spew stuff without much knowledge of it, but learn up a little before you run your mouth about people comitting felonies by abiding state, and federal policies. So please read up, or kindly shut the fuck up. http://www.dhs.state.or.us/policy/admin/privacy/100_001.pdf
Oh well, they shouldn't be harboring criminals because THAT's a crime also. Since we've now established they are all criminals in one way or another I see no problem in publicly identifying them for the safety of our greater legal populace.
