Wasn't there a section in the 300's 2 years ago that was really good at starting chants during the game? I'm sure if someone contacted them (somehow), a cheer/song thingy could be done. Although I'm sure all the old farts and well off fans wouldn't like it (which is all the more reason to do it).
I thought the Blazers had one section set aside for people who paint their face and stand up and sing and yell and stuff. A "crazies section" or something like that.
